In order to exploit the potential of the intensive land-use in the rural construction area in Yubei District,and to promote further intensive land-use of the Yubei District,the author built the appraisal system for the intensive use of the rural construction land.By means of Delphi Expert Consultation (Delphi) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),some relevant indexes had been selected with calculated weighted values.The intensive use of the rural construction land had been comparatively analyzed between the year of 2005 and 2010 in Yubei District.The result showed that:the comprehensive value of the intensive use level in 2010 was 0.5854,higher than that in 2005 which was 0.4669.The intensive use level in 2010 was in a situation of moderately utilization,but still remained a sizable gap to intensive use.Finally,the author gave some suggestions to use the rural construction land more intensively.
