禾本科主要作物抗旱相关基因及转基因研究进展

干旱是限制作物生长和产量的重要因素之一,为提高禾本科主要作物水稻、小麦、玉米、甘蔗的抗旱能力,本研究从植物抗旱机理出发,归纳了植物抗旱相关的功能基因、转录因子以及信号因子.综述了水稻、小麦、玉米、甘蔗抗旱相关基因挖掘以及抗旱转基因的研究进展,针对今后作物抗旱性的研究,提出了开展逆境植物重要抗旱基因资源挖掘、构建多基因共表达系统以及开展科学、标准的转基因抗旱鉴定指标评价体系研究的建议.
Advances of Drought-resistant Genes and Drought-resistant Transgenic of Main Crops of Gramineae Plants
The ability of plants to tolerate drought conditions is crucial for normal plant growth and productivity.In order to improve the ability of graminaceous crops to tolerate drought,the functional genes,transcription factors,and the signal factor which was related with plant response to drought were summarized based on the plant drought resistance mechanism.Advances of drought-resistant genes and drought-resistant transgenic about graminaceous crops,such as rice,wheat,maize and sugarcane were reviewed.In addition,the suggestions about plant drought resistance research were made,including important drought resistant gene excavation in adversity plants,integrated expression system construction and scientific and standard evaluation system research on drought resistance of transgenic plant.
