Response of Endogenous Hormones of Tobacco to Drought Stress
Drought stress was an important factor that influenced the quality of tobacco.The variation tendencies of tobacco endogenous hormone abscisic acid, auxin, jasmonic acid, cytokinins, gibberellic acid and ethylene under drought stress were analyzed to study the response mechanism of tobacco endogenous hormone to drought dress.All of tobacco hormones could be divided into two types: inhibition and promotion, which improved tobacco drought-resistant ability to adapt to drought stress through coordination with each other.But the study of tobacco endogenous hormone in drought stress was less, and the cooperation and resistance among all kinds of endogenous hormones in tobacco needed further investigation.The research could provide theoretical foundation for studying interactions between biochemical regulation of tobacco drought and endogenous hormones.
