Review of High-Throughput Sequencing Technology in Microbial Diversity of Dairy Product
High-throughput sequencing technology is able to detect a parallel of DNA molecule sequence from ten hundreds to millions as a symbol.Currently,it has been widely applied in various fields.In order to illuminate the application prospects of high-throughput sequencing technology in dairy product microbial diversity research,this article gave a summarization and introduction of principles and advantages of common high-throughput sequencing technology,including Solexa,454,SOLID,and Ion Torrent.We reviewed the advances in high-throughput sequencing techniques' application in the latest research of dairy product microbial species diversity,and pointed out the difficulties in processing huge data by high-throughput sequencing technology.In the end,we analyzed and forecasted the development tendency of high-throughput sequencing technology in dairy product microbial diversity.
