薏苡功能性成分研究进展

中国薏苡资源非常丰富,具有巨大的医药应用开发价值.为明确薏苡各部位的主要功能性成分,充分挖掘其利用价值,本研究总结了薏苡功能性氨基酸和蛋白质、油脂、维生素和矿物元素、薏苡多糖、多酚等功能性成分的研究进展,结果表明:薏苡非种仁部位同薏苡仁一样富含具有增强免疫、抑制肿瘤生长等多种功能的成分,而且生物量比薏苡仁大,利用前景将更为广阔,并提出利用薏苡非种仁部位代替薏仁开展饲用、药用、食用和日化用的设想,为薏苡功能的深度挖掘和开发利用提供参考.
Research Progress of Functional Ingredients on Adlay
Adlay resource is very rich in China and has great pharmacy application value.To clarify adlay main functional ingredients and explore its utility value,this paper summarizes research progress in adlay functional ingredients including functional amino acid,protein,oil,vitamin,mineral element,polysaccharide,polyphenols,etc.,and points out that compared with seed kernel parts of adlay,the non-seed kernel parts of adlay contain the same functional ingredients which can enhance immunity and inhibit tumor growth,moreover,have larger biomass and wider utilization prospects.At last,we presents the idea of using non-seed kernel parts of adlay to substitute seed kernel as feeds,medicines,food and cosmetics materials as well.The paper will provide references for further exploitation and utilization of adlay.
