Toxicity of Several Fungicides Against Botrytis cinerea on Amorphophallus Konjac
In production, the selection of fungicides to control konjac gray mold that caused by Botrytis cinerea was in chaos, toxicity of fungicides against B.cinerea was not clear. Therefore, the toxicity of 7 fungicides against B.cinerea was tested by mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that carbendazim and iprodine had the best inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of B.cinerea, with the EC50 value of 0.001 and 0.005 mg/L;then were ningnanmycin, pyrimethanil and dimethachlon, which had good inhibition rates, with the EC50 value of 0.043,0.052 and 0.084 mg/L;the inhibitory effect of copper oxychloride and copper calcium sulphate were the worst, with the EC50 value ≥ 200 mg/L.
