基于CiteSpace的林木腐烂病研究现状与趋势分析

为全面系统了解林木腐烂病国内外研究现状和进展情况,检索Web of Science(WOS)核心集和中国知网(CNKI)1990-2022年收录的林木腐烂病相关研究文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对纳人文献的国家、机构、作者共现、关键词聚类及突现等数据进行可视化分析.经筛选,共纳入WOS文献621篇、CNKI文献1886篇.国际上林木腐烂病研究热度总体呈上升趋势,研究国家以中、美为主,研究机构以高校为主,国内机构和学者非常活跃,合作较多,国家之间合作不足.目前较活跃的高频关键词聚类为taxonomy(分类)antifungal activity(抗真菌活性)mycovirus(真菌病毒)和病虫害等.国际上林木腐烂病研究热点及趋势在维度上不断发展,聚焦bark(树皮)、purification(纯化)、lectin(凝集素)、diversity(多样性)等热点问题,国内研究集中于福美砷、木质部、树势、桥接等传统角度,并逐渐关注孢子角、发病规律、抑菌活性等主题的中国国情下的研究.
Research Status and Trend of Wood Canker Based on CiteSpace
This paper aims to provide a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the current research status and progress of domestic and international research on wood canker.Relevant research literatures on wood canker included in the core set of Web of Science(WOS)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 1990 to 2022 were retrieved.CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to visualize and analyze the co-occurrence of country,institution,and author,keyword clustering,and frequency burst data of the included literature.After selection,a total of 621 WOS papers and 1886 CNKI papers were included.There is an overall upward trend in the international research fervor on wood canker,with research countries dominated by China and the United States,research institutions dominated by universities,domestic institutions and scholars are very active and cooperate more,and cooperation between countries is insufficient.The more active high-frequency keyword clusters are currently taxonomy,antifungal activity,mycovirus,and pests and diseases.International research hotspots and trends on wood canker are evolving in dimension,focusing on hot issues such as bark,purification,lectin,diversity,etc.Domestic research is concentrating on traditional perspectives such as Formica Arsenic,xylem,tree vigor,bridging,etc.,and gradually focusing on cirrus,pathogenesis,antibacterial activity and other topics in the Chinese context.
