In order to explore the artificial cultivation technology of Allium mongolicum, the sowing experiment was carried out according to the multi-factor split zone. The different proportions of sand and clay were put into pottery pot as cultivation substrate, and the seeds were divided into treatment and non-treatment,the emergence rate and height of the seedlings were observed. At the same time, the cultivation substrate with the ratio of sand and clay 1:1 was selected as the research object, and 1-year old A.mongolicum seedlings were transplanted into pottery pot. After 1 year of cultivation, different treatments like loosening the soil and irrigation were conducted to observe the fresh biomass and height of A.mongolicum.The results showed that treatment of seed had a great effect on the germination rate, which was significantly higher than that of the untreated seeds(P<0.01).Substrate had a great influence on emergence rate of the seedlings, the seed emergence rate of pure sand was significantly higher than that of half soil and half sand, and pure clay(P<0.05).The fresh biomass of potted A.mongolicum was not significantly affected by loosening soil or not(P>0.01);irrigation treatment had a great effect on the height growth of A.mongolicum, the height growth of 600 mL/time treatment was large, but it was not significantly different with 800 mL/time(P>0.05),and it was significantly different with other treatments(P<0.05).
