Present Situation and Application Prospect of Primula Germplasm Resources in Qinling Mountains
This paper summarized the species and distribution characteristics of Primula germplasm resources,clarified the phylogenetic relationship of Primula plants in Qinling mountains,and proposed the principle of'in-situ protection first,ex-situ protection second'for development and utilization of Primula germplasm resources in Qinling mountains based on the research progress of propagation technology,cultivation adaptability,new variety breeding and medicinal value.Based on deepening and broadening the theoretical research,focusing on promoting the improvement of new varieties,we are committed to promoting the application and industrial production of wild Primula plants in urban garden green space,thus enriching the landscape composition of urban green space,improving the quality of human settlements and human wellbeings,and providing scientific reference for the application research of Primula germplasm resources in Qinling mountains.
