砂仁炭疽病及其致病病原菌研究进展

刺盘孢属真菌(Colletotrichum spp。)引起的炭疽病是砂仁最主要的病害之一,其严重影响了砂仁的安全生产和品质。目前,对砂仁炭疽病病原菌的研究较少。从砂仁炭疽病发生、危害与防控措施,及其病原菌的特性、分类概况与鉴定检测技术等方面研究成果进行概述,以期为砂仁炭疽病基础研究和防控提供参考。
Research Progress on Anthracnose and Its Pathogens in Amomi Fructus
Anthracnose,caused by Colletotrichum spp.,is a major disease that significantly affects the safe production and quality of Amomi fructus.The research on the pathogenic bacteria causing anthracnose in Amomi fructus is currently inadequate.This paper provides an overview of research findings on the occurrence,harmful effects,prevention and control measures of anthracnose in Amomi fructus,as well as the characteristics in morphology and biology,classification,and identification and detection techniques of the pathogen.The aim is to serve as a reference for further basic research and control measures on Amomi fructus anthracnose.
