温度对十斑大瓢虫产卵特性的影响

本研究旨在探究不同温度条件对十斑大瓢虫产卵特性的影响,以为其规模化繁育与应用提供理论支撑.实验设计了 3种不同的温度处理:25℃恒温、25/30℃变温、30℃恒温,试验过程记录各处理中十斑大瓢虫产卵前期、产卵量、孵化率及成虫体重等指标.研究结果显示,在为期30天的饲养周期内,3种温度处理下十斑大瓢虫的产卵量没有显著性差异;产卵前期及雌雄虫体重没有显著性差异.产卵开始后第10天和第25天,25℃恒温环境下的卵孵化率显著高于30℃恒温、25/30℃变温饲喂组卵的孵化率(P<0.05).在30d的观察期内,各处理组间的平均卵孵化率没有显著性差异.本研究表明,25/30℃变温环境和30℃恒温环境在一定程度上显著降低了十斑大瓢虫卵的孵化率,但对其产卵前期、产卵量及成虫体重无显著影响.本研究结果为十斑大瓢虫的规模繁育和应用提供数据基础.
Study on Effect of Temperature on Oviposition Characteristics of Megalocaria dilatata
In order to clarify the influence of different temperatures on the spawning mechanism of M.dilatata,and lay a theoretical foundation for the large-scale breeding and application of M.dilatata,three temperature treatments were set,including constant temperature at 25℃,variable temperature at 25/30℃ and constant temperature at 30℃.The pre-spawning period,egg production amount,hatchability rate and adult weight of M.dilatata in each treatment were recorded during the experimental process.The results showed that there was no significant difference in egg production between 25℃ constant temperature,25/30℃ variable temperature,and 30℃ constant temperature,and there was no significant difference in pre-spawning and male and female body weight.On days 10th and 25th after the start of spawning,the hatchability of 25℃ constant temperature was significantly higher than that of 30℃ constant temperature and 25/30℃ variable temperature(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the hatchability of the eggs during the 30-day observation cycle,there was no significant difference in hatchability of the next generation eggs between treatment groups.This study showed that 25/30℃ variable temperature and 30℃ constant temperature reduced the hatchability of eggs of M.dilatata to some extent and had no effect on pre-spawning,egg production and adult weight.This study could provide the data basis for the spawning mechanism and application of M.dilatata.
