The paper aims to select the best Lucuma nervosa cultivar and optimize the industrial planting structure in Menglian County of Yunnan Province.In this study,four L nervosa cultivars of'Yunre-205','Yaotang Xiantao','Papaya Xiantao'and'Bendi Yuanguo'were selected and planted in Menglian County.The data of phenological period and botanical characters were obtained by field observation,the data of fruit physicochemical components and sensory quality were measured using ripe fruit.All of data were analyzed using principal component analysis method.The results showed that'Yunre-205'and'Yaotang Xiantao'were better cultivars compared with'Papaya Xiantao'and'Bendi Yuanguo'in Menglian.This study can provide theoretical basis for cultivation and variety structure optimization of L nervosa in Menglian County.
