高效硫化物降解菌的筛选及其除臭效果测定

本研究旨在筛选高效硫化物降解菌并评估其除臭效果。通过从畜禽粪便、活性污泥、垃圾渗出液、污水中筛选得到的除臭微生物菌群,进行硫酸根诱导率和硫离子降解试验。绘制系统发育进化树,通过鸡粪降解模拟实验进一步验证菌株效果。最终筛选出82株菌株,其中4株菌株硫酸根诱导率较高,按诱导能力排序分别为:3水-5>6-3-4>5-4-1>6-2-1,分别高出对照组75%~108%、58%~83%、50%~67%、20%~41%;3水-5降解硫离子效果最好,2 h时降解率达98。64%。菌株形态特征分析和进化树的构建表明3水-5与Defluvibacter lusatiae type strain DSM11099T在同一系统分支上,同属于污水菌属,鸡粪降解模拟实验表明3水-5对氨气和硫化氢的抑制率可达95%以上。本研究筛选得到的3水-5能够有效提升畜牧养殖场恶臭气体的处理效果,可以为微生物除臭技术的实际应用提供良好的借鉴。
Screening of Efficient Sulfide-degrading Bacteria and Determination of Deodorizing Effect
The research aimed to obtain efficient sulfur compound-degrading bacteria and measure deodorization effects. Based on deodorizing microbial flora isolated from livestock and poultry manure,activated sludge,leachate,and sewage,sulfate induction rate and sulfur ion degradation tests were conducted,the phylogenetic tree and chicken manure degradation simulation experiments were carried out. A total of 82 bacterial strains were screened,among which 4 strains exhibited higher sulfate induction rates. The order of induction ability was as follows:3Shui-5>6-3-4>5-4-1>6-2-1,with induction rates being 75%-108%,58%-83%,50%-67%,and 20%-41%higher than the control group,respectively. The strain 3Shui-5 showed the best sulfur ion degradation effect,achieving a degradation rate of 98.64% in 2 hours. Morphological characteristics analysis and phylogenetic tree construction indicated that 3Shui-5 belonged to the same clade as Defluvibacter lusatiae type strain DSM11099T,both classified as Aquamicrobium. Chicken manure degradation simulation experiments demonstrated that 3Shui-5 could inhibit ammonia and hydrogen sulfide by over 95%. The strain 3Shui-5 could effectively improve the treatment of malodorous gases in livestock farms,providing a good reference for the practical application of microbial deodorization technology.
