The Employment Dilemma and Human Base of the Development of Modern Agricultural Industry
Under the background of rural revitalization, the modern agricultural industry developed by capital going to the countryside generally employs a large number of agricultural labors. This paper argues that the employment practice of the modern agricultural industry presents the following three characteris-tics,namely,an imbalanced labor force structure,a combined use of local and migrant labor, and an or-ganized but informal form.Under such structural characteristics, the development of the modern agricul-tural industry has also encountered two employment problems of insufficient quantity and quality of labor force.Through the dual perspectives of agricultural employers and agricultural employees, this paper finds that the employment dilemma is rooted in the mismatch between the action logic and labor habits of the ag-ricultural labor force in the village and the needs of the development of the modern agricultural industry, which makes the human base for the development of the modern agricultural industry extremely weak. Therefore,it is necessary to think deeply and take corresponding measures to build a stable and solid hu-man base for the development of the modern agricultural industry.
