Research on the Implementation Mechanism of Promoting Common Prosperity among Farmers through the Development of Rural Collective Economy—Based on the Empirical Analysis of Yuanjia Village in Shaanxi Province
Developing and strengthening the rural collective economy is a key path to achieving common prosperity for farmers and the economic foundation for promoting common prosperity for farmers.Howev-er,to achieve the goal of common prosperity for farmers,it is necessary to have robust institutional and environmental support.This article dissects the case of Yuanjia Village in Shaanxi Province which is mov-ing towards common prosperity,to discuss how high-quality development of a rural collective economy can promote farmers toward common prosperity in the micro practice.Research has shown that:(1)the de-velopment and growth of the rural collective economy is the material foundation for promoting common prosperity for farmers,but this alone does not guarantee the achievement of common prosperity for farm-ers.To realize the dual goals of"strong villages"and"rich farmers",it is necessary to build a scientific distribution mechanism and governance environment on the premise of developing and strengthening the rural collective economy;(2)The development of the rural collective economy is influenced by the local social structure and social relationships.Therefore,when distributing the results of rural collective econo-my development,it is necessary to fully consider the operating rules of local society,promote innovation in distribution mechanisms through a reverse market-oriented approach,and promote fair distribution of the benefits of collective economy development within the village;(3)A good village governance ecology is the guarantee for achieving sustainable economic development and fair distribution of collective achieve-ments.Therefore,in the process of promoting economic development and distributing collective income,attention should be given to improving the village governance ecology to establish a good pattern of collec-tive economic development,common prosperity for farmers,and effective governance for the village.
