The"Joint Village Development"in Rural Industrial Revitalization—An Examination of the Experience of the"Three Joint Villages"in H County
After the end of poverty alleviation and the transition to the comprehensive promotion stage of rural revitalization, the development of rural industries in underdeveloped areas faces new challenges, such as policy environment transformation and weakened external support. How to achieve sustainable de-velopment has become a noteworthy issue. In response,H County has innovatively explored a joint village development model with"branch joint construction, resource sharing, and industrial alliance"as the core. The fundamental logic of this model is committed to bridging the gap between the market boundary of industrial development and the administrative boundary of the village.Through the cross-regional,inte-gration and link mechanism,it overcomes the obstruction of cross-border development of rural industries, effectively integrated the multi resources of different subjects, promoted the connection between small farmers and the large market, and finally built a rural industrial development community. The develop-ment of joint villages is not only conducive to consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty al-leviation,but also directly contributes to the prosperity of rural industries and the realization of common prosperity policy goals.
