Agricultural Supply Chain Governance for Common Prosperity:Theoretical Constructs and Practical Paths
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the agricultural supply chain should not only accelerate"chain extension,chain reinforcement,chain strengthening"and expand the value-added advantages of the industry,but also play a positive role in rural development,promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.However,existing domestic and foreign litera-tures ignore the integration of agricultural supply chain governance and rural community development,which intensifies the dislocation between agricultural supply chain development and rural development.To integrate the two different fields of agricultural supply chain governance and rural development,this paper adopts the research method of concept construction,based on the diversified relationship between the agri-cultural supply chain and rural communities.It refines the integration concept of"transaction value"and"innovation value",forming a wealth-oriented and community-oriented agricultural supply chain govern-ance framework.This paper not only helps promote the positive interaction between agricultural supply chain and rural development but also provides theoretical and practical guidance for rural revitalization driven by agricultural industry,and promotes agricultural modernization with shared development.
