Exploring the Convergence Point:the Practical Strategies of Rural Micro-governance—A Case Study on Promoting the Farmyard Beautification Project in Hengcun
Rural micro-governance is closely related to rural livelihood issues,and it refers to the pre-cise,detailed and effective governance practices carried out in rural daily life.In recent years,the study of rural micro-governance has attracted the attention of academic circles and become an important direction of rural governance research.This paper conducts a field study on the farmyard beautification project in Hengcun,Anji County,Zhejiang Province,to investigate the practical strategies of the rural micro-gov-ernance process.The study reveals that the strategy adopted by the two village committees in promoting the project is to explore convergence between the national development strategy and the villagers'concept,so that the latter's concept will converge with the former;Furthermore,it explores the convergence be-tween specific working mode and cultural localization to overcome the resistance in the process of rural mi-cro-governance;Lastly,it explores the convergence of work objectives and villagers'interests to achieve a balance of interests and foster"win-win cooperation".In summary,the strategy encompasses"concept convergence""removing resistance"and"interest balance".The research on the practical strategy of ru-ral micro-governance reflects the governance logic of multiple governance subjects and presents the trans-formation trend of rural micro-governance.
