Study on Work-family Conflict in Agricultural Context
Based on data from CSS 2021,this paper discusses work-family conflict in the context of agri-culture.The study identifies bidirectional work-family conflict, where both"work interfering with family"(WIF)and"family interfering with work"(FIW)exist not only in non-agricultural but also in agricultur-al employment populations(NAEP vs AEP).In fact, the levels of FIW in AEP surpass those in NAEP.The levels and influencing factors vary in different contexts. Therefore,in academic research, whether qualitative or quantitative, future studies on work-family conflict, and even studies on work-family balance and enrichment, should include the AEP in their studies. At the policy level, national attention should be directed towards the work-family balance needs of AEP.They not only face the challenges of work-family conflict but are also relatively more vulnerable, requiring support from the government.
