Rural Social Mobilization Mechanism of the Communist Party of China——From the Approach of Sociological Institutionalism
Social mobilization plays a significant role in the Party's rural work practice and represents a practical expression of the mass line. In rural governance, the Party's social mobilization is not only an or-ganizational process with social and political significance, but also closely to tied value orientation. From the perspective of social mobilization effectiveness,it is a reconstruction process of social rationality and participation, related to the specific practice of constructing political party authority. Based on the per-spective of sociological institutionalism, this paper analyzes the Party's rural social mobilization mecha-nism in the context of Rural Revitalization through three elements:regulatory, normative, and cognitive. It is found that the Party's institutional arrangements and action strategies in rural society influence the in-stitutional cognition and action preference of village governance subjects, gathering the expression of peasants' interests, effectively transforming bureaucratic mobilization into mass mobilization, increasing peasants' identification with the Party and their responsibility for village public affairs. This process forms an institutionalized practice model characterized by mutual adaptation and promotes the socialization process of the Party in rural areas.
