Innovation and Practice of the "Five Education" Psychological Education System in Agricultural Universities
In the context of mental health work being elevated to a national strategy and with a focus on cultivating the positive psychological qualities of innovative talents,the College of Humanities and Devel-opment Studies at China Agricultural University places students at the center,adhering to the principles of health first and comprehensive development,and advocates the cultivation of students' positive psychologi-cal qualities. The college integrates new ideas,courses,teams,systems,and platforms to develop a com-prehensive psychological education model emphasizing moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education. This model revolves around the construction of a psychological education system for the psycho-logical qualities of innovative talents. Starting from the psychological qualities urgently needed by innova-tive talents and through the innovative integration of the five educations,the college cultivates students' kind personalities,enhances their knowledge of mental health,strengthens their psychological resilience,stimulates their sense of happiness,and develops their adaptability. This effectively explores paths to im-prove talents' mental health quality and cultivate positive psychological qualities,providing a reference for universities to promote mental health work among innovative talents.
