Learning-guidance Community Construction for Agriculture-related Postgraduates Based on Symbiosis Theory
The proliferation of graduate students within agricultural universities is inextricably linked to the robustification of a nation's agricultural sector and industry. The graduate supervisor-student relationship is a pivotal determinant of the caliber of graduate education, yet the efficacy of this relationship is increasingly coming under scrutiny. This paper instantiates the application of symbiotic theory by analyzing its conceptual underpinnings and exemplifies the construct through the"five good"guidance team at Zhejiang University, which is indicative of the"five good"mentorship paradigm. It explores the manifestation and utility of establishing a communal ecosystem within the mentorship dynamic, focusing on academic research, emotional rapport, and conceptual dissemination.Consequently, the study constructs a dimensional indicator system grounded in the universality of the agricultural mentorship community, underpinned by symbiotic theory. The objective is to proffer theoretical insights for the cultivation of a"mutually symbiotic"mentorship community within agricultural academic institutions, facilitating a trajectory toward shared prosperity and symbiotic growth.
