Ecological Education Model and Its Implementation Path for the Emerging Agricultural Education Talent Training:A Case Study of Zhejiang A&F University
China is actively advancing the construction of ecological civilization and the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.In line with the pace of agricultural development and educational reform in the new era,the development of emerging agricultural education has become a pivotal task for agricultural and forestry universities across the nation.In this context,over 100 secretaries,presidents,and experts in agricultural and forestry education from national agricultural and forestry universities convened in Yucun,Anji,Zhejiang,to collectively issue the"Anji Consensus—Declaration on the Construction of the Emerging Agricultural Education in China".To further the advancement of new agricultural education and realize the cultivation of new agricultural talents,it is imperative to delve into and implement the concepts and models of emerging agricultural education and talent development.Guided by the"Two Mountains"concept and spearheaded by the"Three-wide Education"system,Zhejiang A&F University has crafted a"Five-in-One"ecological education model that aligns with the university's educational goals and integrates courses,practice,environment,culture,and research in the process of nurturing emerging agricultural talents.This model embodies the ecological education philosophy through comprehensive integration of the entire industrial chain,cross-disciplinary fusion,and multi-faceted coordination.The exploration and application of this model have yielded significant outcomes,possess strong demonstration and promotional value,and have deeply ingrained the"Five-education Integration"educational philosophy.
