Construction and Practice of Modern Young Farmer Cultivation Model
Robustly fostering modern young farmers serves as an effective strategy to address the question of who will engage in farming in the future.Research on constructing a modern young farmer cultivation model to assist in the development of agricultural talent has not been previously documented.Utilizing the ADDIE Model,Goldstein Model,Diamond Curriculum Design Model,Work Breakdown Structure-Organizational Breakdown Structure(WBS-OBS)Model,and Kirchhoff Model,an innovative approach is introduced. This approach delineates the five stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to establish a modern young farmer cultivation model.Through practical testing, the cultivation model exhibits traits such as precise demand analysis, highly targeted curriculum design and development, effective implementation and execution, and comprehensive evaluation. The expert demonstration component of the model ensures the scientific rationality of the curriculum design and development. The implemented"supervisory system"management style significantly enhances the quality of cultivation. The standardized cultivation process ensures the stability and continuity of quality, while the robust feedback and inverse feedback mechanisms guarantee the growth and vitality of the cultivation model. This model can provide reference and guidance for the cultivation of high-quality farmers and offer talent support for the modernization of agriculture in our country.
