大力培育现代青年农场主,是破解未来谁来种田难题的有效途径.基于ADDIE模型,创新引入Goldstein模型、戴尔蒙德课程设计模型、WBS-OBS工作分解组织模型及柯氏模型,将分析、设计、开发、实施和评价五个阶段进行具体化,构建现代青年农场主培育模型.通过实践检验,培育模型具有培育需求分析精准,课程设计与开发针对性强,培育实施执行力高,评价全面等特点.模型提出的专家论证环节保障了课程设计开发的科学合理性,实行的"监理制"管理模式显著提高了培育质量,标准化培育流程保障培育质量的稳定性和延续性,健全的结果反馈和逆反馈机制保证了培育模型的成长性和生命力,能为高素质农民培育提供参考和指导,为我国农业现代化提供人才支撑.
Construction and Practice of Modern Young Farmer Cultivation Model
Robustly fostering modern young farmers serves as an effective strategy to address the question of who will engage in farming in the future.Research on constructing a modern young farmer cultivation model to assist in the development of agricultural talent has not been previously documented.Utilizing the ADDIE Model,Goldstein Model,Diamond Curriculum Design Model,Work Breakdown Structure-Organizational Breakdown Structure(WBS-OBS)Model,and Kirchhoff Model,an innovative approach is introduced.This approach delineates the five stages of analysis,design,development,implementation,and evaluation to establish a modern young farmer cultivation model.Through practical testing,the cultivation model exhibits traits such as precise demand analysis,highly targeted curriculum design and development,effective implementation and execution,and comprehensive evaluation.The expert demonstration component of the model ensures the scientific rationality of the curriculum design and development.The implemented"supervisory system"management style significantly enhances the quality of cultivation.The standardized cultivation process ensures the stability and continuity of quality,while the robust feedback and inverse feedback mechanisms guarantee the growth and vitality of the cultivation model.This model can provide reference and guidance for the cultivation of high-quality farmers and offer talent support for the modernization of agriculture in our country.
