The Value Orientation,Practical Difficulties,and Breakthrough Strategies of Building Industry Education Integration Communities
Establishing industry-education integration communities is a pivotal strategic initiative in the new era to thoroughly advance vocational education reform,emphasize the distinctive nature of vocational education,and bolster the capacity of vocational colleges to support economic and social progress.This article delineates the primary value of creating industry-education integration communities across three dimensions:industry-education integration,educational integration,and science-education integration.It examines the practical challenges encountered in the development of industry-education integration communities within the vocational education sector and constructs a novel organizational model of industry-education integration through the lens of symbiosis and mutual growth.This involves co-construction and co-creation to facilitate the transformation and upgrade of professions;co-educational teams to drive the adjustment and reconfiguration of the teaching staff structure;collaborative platform building to enhance the capabilities of innovation platforms;and joint college establishment to further the integration of enterprises into education.The article puts forth strategic breakthroughs for the advancement of the vocational education industry's industry-education integration community in six areas:fostering collaborative innovation and the conversion of achievements,and promoting shared prosperity and development.
