As the"Belt and Road"initiative and the"Rural Revitalization"development strategy are thoroughly enacted,the integration of industry and education in the training of agriculture-related professional degree students is increasingly pronounced,and the enrollment of professional degree students is swiftly growing,posing significant challenges to the quality of talent development.As a crucial component in the cultivation of agricultural professional degree talent,the Master of Agriculture program carries the vital responsibility of training high-level applied professionals for the nation's rural revitalization,poverty alleviation,and industrial progress.Addressing certain issues in the training process of agricultural professional degree students and aligning with the current demand for new agricultural talent under the trajectory of China's modern agricultural development,this paper uses the cultivation of agricultural master's degrees at Northwest A&F University as a case.It presents a range of recommendations in the areas of system development,teaching system construction,reform of training methods,and quality supervision and management,with the objective of reinforcing the construction of a quality assurance system and producing more high-level talents suited to the needs of China's modern agricultural development.
