The Existing Dilemma on the Construction of High Quality"Dual-qualified"Teacher Team in Local Vocational Colleges and Exploration of its Breakthrough Paths
A high-caliber"Dual-qualified"Teacher Team is essential for local vocational colleges to pursue intrinsic development and to align with and serve the regional socio-economic and industrial progress.Addressing the current state of"dual-qualified"teacher team development in these colleges,it is evident that the team's construction does not align with the school's connotative development needs;the management mechanism for team building is not in harmony with the demands of regional industrial growth;the absence of a robust joint training system between government, educational institutions, and businesses has resulted in a disconnect between the training platforms and the professional growth needs of the"dual-qualified"teacher team;and the flawed assessment and incentive mechanisms have led to notable issues, such as a disparity between the quality and capabilities of"dual-qualified"teachers and the requirements for high-quality school development. There is an urgent need to advance the institutional and systematic framework of the"dual-qualified"teacher team through policy guidance and institutional support from the government level;at the school level,by leveraging social services and other benefits,we should steer the establishment of a"dual-qualified"teacher team development community, investigate the creation of a school-enterprise"industry education position exchange"operation mechanism, and a joint training system that supports mutual part-time roles and two-way communication;industry enterprises should contribute to the co-construction of training bases,R&D centers, skills master workshops, and technological innovation platforms by promoting education through industry integration;and at the teacher level,we should support the enhancement of the"dual-qualified"teacher team's quality and capabilities by guiding skills masters and teaching experts.
