摘要
课程思政建设是新时代高校思想政治教育工作的新要求,是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措.当前,海洋高校存在课程思政认识不足、教学体系设计不科学、保障机制不完善等问题.以系统观和全局观为统领,深入理解课程思政的价值意蕴,依托学校、专业、课程三层级育人载体,构建"海味"特色鲜明的课程思政教学体系,从理念、目标、内容、方法等多个维度探索实施路径,并在组织机制、能力提升机制、示范品牌机制、评价激励机制四个方面完善了课程思政建设的保障体系,人才培养适应海洋经济发展能力显著增强.
Abstract
The integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum represents a new imperative for universities'ideological and political work in the modern era,as well as a strategic approach to fulfill the fundamental mission of cultivating character and talent.Presently,maritime universities encounter challenges such as a lack of understanding of the importance of ideological and political education within their curricula,an unscientifically designed teaching framework,and inadequate support systems.With a systematic and holistic outlook,we delve into the value and relevance of curriculum-based ideological and political education.Utilizing the three-tier educational platforms of the university,departments,and courses,we establish a unique ideological and political education system that embodies"maritime"characteristics.We investigate implementation strategies across various dimensions,including philosophy,objectives,content,and methodologies,and enhance the support system for curriculum ideological and political construction through four aspects:organizational structures,capacity-building mechanisms,demonstration brand initiatives,and evaluation and incentive systems.This has markedly improved the adaptability of talent cultivation to the advancement of the marine economy.
