中国农业高质量发展既是建设具有中国特色农业强国的必然选择,更是推进新时代中国式农业现代化的客观要求.本研究从现实逻辑和驱动逻辑视角系统阐释了中国农业发展的现实基础与实际需要:农业综合生产能力显著增强,农业结构不断调整优化,农业基础设施明显改善以及农业科技水平大幅提升;深入剖析了中国农业高质量发展的"四位一体"驱动机制及成效:坚持社会主义市场经济体制,实施乡村振兴战略,完善农业经营体系以及粮食安全内涵丰富与外延拓展;提出新时代中国农业高质量发展的实践战略考量:以更高水平的社会主义市场经济体制构建农业发展的市场制度新格局,以建强现代农业经营体系稳固粮食安全根基,以全面推进乡村振兴战略支撑乡村的高质量发展.
Driving Logic and Practical Exploration of High-quality Agricultural Development in China in the New Era
The high-quality development of China's agriculture is not only an inevitable choice to build an agricultural power with Chinese characteristics,but also an objective requirement to promote the modernization of Chinese agriculture in the new era.From the perspective of realistic logic and drive logic,this paper systematically explained the realistic basis and actual need of agricultural development in China:the overall agricultural production capacity has been significantly enhanced,the agricultural structure has been continuously adjusted and optimized,agricultural infrastructure has been significantly improved,and the level of agricultural science and technology has been significantly enhanced;deeply analyzed the"four-body"drive mechanism and its results:we will adhere to the socialist market economy,implement the strategy of rural revitalization,improve the agricultural management system,and enrich and expand the connotation and extension of food security;put forward the practical strategic considerations of China's agricultural high quality development in the new era:construct a new pattern of market system for agricultural development with a higher level of socialist market economic system,strengthen the modern agricultural management system to stabilize the foundation of food security,and comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy to support high-quality rural development.
