Data Elements Promoting the High-quality Development of Rural Agriculture:Logic,Predicament and Strategy
The high-quality development of agriculture is the only way to realize agricultural modernization in China.Data elements have good attributes such as non-consumption,environmental friendliness,replicability and increasing marginal income,which can replace other traditional production factors to a certain extent.As a new factor of production,data elements will become the key to solve the dilemma of traditional agricultural development and promote the high-quality development of agriculture.Data elements can promote high-quality agricultural development by improving agricultural production efficiency,improving agricultural management process and improving agricultural governance level.However,in order to stimulate the efficiency of data elements and promote the high-quality development of China's agriculture,we still face the difficulties of weak digital infrastructure,low quality of operators and insufficient digital governance talents.Therefore,in order to give full play to the role of data elements and promote the high-quality development of agriculture,the current work focus is to accelerate the construction of digital"new infrastructure",to strengthen the education and training of operators,and to accelerate the development of rural digital governance talent team.
