Study on Evaluation of Agricultural High-quality Development in Hebei Province
To create the scene of Chinese agricultural modernization in Hebei province is inseparable from the high-quality development of agriculture,and it is of practical significance to carry out evaluation research on the high-quality development of agriculture in Hebei province.By constructing an index evaluation system including agricultural production conditions,agricultural science and technology support,agricultural industrialization level,agricultural output benefit,and agricultural green development,this paper used entropy method to evaluate the agricultural high-quality development of Hebei province,and made a comparative analysis with other provinces.The results showed that the overall score of agricultural high-quality development in Hebei province showed an upward trend from 2012 to 2021,and the support of agricultural science and technology,the level of agricultural industrialization,the benefit of agricultural output and the green development of agriculture all showed an upward trend with fluctuations,while the level of agricultural production conditions decreased.In 2021,the level of high-quality agricultural development in Hebei province ranks 10th in the country,at an upper medium level,and the gap between Hebei province and strong agricultural provinces is obvious.Finally,suggestions on continuously and sustainably improving the high-quality development of agriculture in Hebei province were put forward from improving the quality and protection of cultivated land,improving the application level of science and technology,strengthening the construction of agricultural processing industry chain and brand,and strengthening the construction of talent chain.
