Competitiveness Evaluation of National Leading Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization in Beijing
As the most powerful new type of agricultural management entity,agricultural industrialization leading enterprises connect the market and farmers,and are the main force of agricultural development.Vigorously developing leading enterprises is an important link in the process of agricultural industrialization and the key to improving the level of industrialization.At present,overall,the overall competitiveness of China's leading enterprises is not strong,and they cannot fully play a leading role in agricultural industrialization.Therefore,studying the competitiveness of national leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in Beijing has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the characteristics of enterprises and related theories,this article constructed a competitiveness evaluation system for leading enterprises from two levels:enterprise survival ability and enterprise development ability.Factor analysis method was used to evaluate the competitiveness of 41 national level leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in Beijing in 2021.The results indicated that there are significant differences in the competitiveness level of leading agricultural enterprises in Beijing,and the overall competitiveness level needs to be improved.The survival ability of enterprises has a significant impact on the comprehensive competitiveness score and ranking of leading enterprises,while the development ability of enterprises has a relatively small impact.To enhance the competitiveness of leading agricultural enterprises in Beijing,it was proposed to increase research investment and encourage technological innovation;improve support policies and increase support efforts;improve the mechanism for connecting the interests of enterprises and farmers,and increase farmers'income.
