中国"藏粮于技"的实现机制和路径

粮食安全事关国运民生,确保粮食安全的关键在于提高粮食综合生产能力,而"藏粮于技"是保障粮食生产的重要举措,辨析"藏粮于技"的实现机制和路径具有重要意义。本研究在梳理中国粮食生产面临挑战的基础上,系统分析了技术进步在粮食生产中的作用和贡献,进而总结了中国粮食生产技术进步面临的挑战,得到以下主要结论:粮食生产因资源约束面临多重挑战,但中国粮食生产技术进步对粮食增产的贡献不断提升,粮食生产技术进步提高了土地、劳动力、种子等资源的生产率,突破了现有资源约束,"藏粮于技"战略取得初步成效。然而,中国粮食生产技术进步面临技术供给短缺、推广效果差、需求不足等难题。为此,未来要健全粮食生产技术创新体系,完善粮食生产技术推广体系,加大技术补贴力度以及发展高素质农民队伍,通过"藏粮于技"持续提高粮食安全保障能力。
Realization Mechanism and Path of the Food Strategy of Innovative Application of Agricultural Technology in China
Food security is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and the key to ensuring food security lies in improving the comprehensive production capacity of grain,while the food strategy of innovative application of agricultural technology is an important measure to safeguard grain production,and it is of great significance to analyze the mechanism and path of realizing the food strategy of innovative application of agricultural technology.On the basis of sorting out the challenges of China's grain production,this paper systematically analyzed the role and contribution of technological progress in grain production,and then summarized the challenges of technological progress in China's grain production.The main conclusion of the study is that grain production faces multiple challenges due to resource constraints,but the contribution of technological progress in China's grain production to the increase in grain production has been increasing,and technological progress in grain production has improved the productivity of resources such as land,labor,and seeds,breaking through the existing resource constraints,and the strategy of the food strategy of innovative application of agricultural technology has achieved initial results.However,China's technological progress in food production is faced with problems such as shortage of technology supply,poor promotion effect and insufficient demand.For this reason,in the future,it is necessary to improve the technological innovation system for grain production,perfect the system for the promotion of grain production technology,increase technology subsidies and develop a team of high-quality farmers,so as to continuously improve food security through the food strategy of innovative application of agricultural technology.
