Supply Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Machinery Services in Main Wheat Producing Areas of China
"Large country and small farmers"are still the basic national conditions of China for a long period of time, and agricultural machinery services will effectively introduce modem production factors into the production of small farmers, and the improvement of agricultural machinery service efficiency is very important for the development of wheat industry. In this paper, the static efficiency and dynamic total factor productivity of agricultural machinery services in the main wheat producing areas were analyzed by using the BBC model and DEA-Malmquist index, and the influencing factors of wheat agricultural machinery service efficiency were analyzed from the aspects of human capital,R&D investment and service organization. The results show that in recent years, the comprehensive technical efficiency level of the main wheat producing areas served by agricultural machinery is medium to high, and has not reached the forefront of efficiency;the total factor production efficiency of agricultural machinery services shows an overall trend of shock and increase, and only a small number of provinces has reached the forefront of efficiency;human capital and agricultural machinery R&D investment funds have a positive impact on the improvement of agricultural machinery service technology efficiency, but the proportion of the number of agricultural machinery cooperatives in the number of agricultural machinery service organizations shows an inverse relationship with service efficiency. Therefore, the policy needs to promote the improvement of agricultural mechanization service efficiency in terms of strengthening the quality improvement of agricultural machinery practitioners, increasing investment in agricultural machinery research and development according to local conditions, and encouraging the high-quality development of agricultural machinery cooperatives.
