Status Quo and Trend of Morchella Industry Development in Beijing
In recent years,the cultivation area and yield of morchella in China have maintained a rapid growth trend,morchella cultivation has gradually risen and become a new star in the edible mushroom industry,and morchella industry has continued to heat up.At present,the domestic morchella industry is in its infancy and has a rapid development momentum.As the advantages of facilities cultivation of morchella industry in the north gradually emerge,the records of high yield over the years mostly appear in Hebei,Liaoning and other places,the quality and yield of morchella in northern areas are generally better than those in southern areas,and the main production areas of morchella have a trend of transferring from the south to the north.By analyzing the investigation cases of Xinliyuan Cooperative,Tongwensheng Agricultural Ecological Park in Shunyi district and Mengtianyuan Cooperative in Tongzhou district,it was found that morchella industry in Beijing has a large market demand space,good economic benefits,and a fitting policy direction,which is suitable for the high-end development goal of Beijing agriculture.In view of the actual situation of the morchella industry in Beijing,suggestions and countermeasures were put forward from grasping the strain and focusing on yield per unit area,grasping the leading role and supporting services,doing a good job in the primary industry and innovating the tertiary industry,so as to take the road of connotative,industrialized and integrated development.
