共建"一带一路"背景下数字农业走出去研究

继经历农业资源全球化、农业供应链全球化后,全球农业正逐渐进入以数字技术和生物技术为主导的新一轮农业科技全球化阶段.中国数字农业处于加速发展阶段,预计到2035年将保持年均20%以上增速,成为建设农业强国的重要动力.中国无人机、传感器和控制系统等在西方发达国家市场占据领先地位,中国数字农业技术、装备和模式更适用于解决亚非拉等发展中国家自然资源广袤但耕地质量低、农村劳动力丰富但有经验人员少、石化能源体系落后致使传统农机装备不适用等一系列农业产业发展长期面临的根本约束问题,具有广阔的应用前景.在加快释放国内数字农业发展红利的同时,有必要提前谋划、统筹推动数字农业走出去,深度参与全球数字农业产业链重构,抢占数字农业高地和话语权,为建设农业强国提供更坚实支撑.
Research on Digital Agriculture Going Global under the Background of Jointly Building the Belt and Road
After experiencing the globalization of agricultural resources and agricultural supply chain,global agriculture is gradually entering a new round of agricultural science and technology globalization stage dominated by digital technology and biotechnology.China's digital agriculture is in the stage of accelerating development,and is expected to maintain an average annual growth rate of more than 20%by 2035,becoming an important driving force for building an agricultural power.China's drones,sensors and control systems occupy a leading position in the developed Western countries market.China's digital agricultural technology,equipment and model have broad application prospects in solving a series of long-term fundamental constraints on the development of agricultural industries in developing countries,such as vast natural resources but low quality of cultivated land,rich rural labor force but few experienced personnel,backward petrochemical energy system resulting in the inapplicability of traditional agricultural machinery and equipment.While accelerating the release of domestic digital agriculture development dividends,it is necessary to plan in advance and coordinate the promotion of digital agriculture to go global,deeply participate in the reconstruction of the global digital agriculture industry chain,seize the digital agriculture highland and discourse power,and provide more solid support for the construction of an agricultural power.
