Industrial Mode,Integration Driving Mechanism and Development Path of Agriculture,Culture and Tourism under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang
The integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism is conducive to promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas, which is an important path for the transformation of characteristic resource advantages into industrial advantages in areas with large ethnic minority populations. In view of the current literatures on the agricultural tourism industry model and integration driving mechanism analysis were not in-depth,a number of case studies were carried out in Xingfu village gourd cultural and creative industry,Yueliangdi village ancient village homestay group,Banjiegou town dry land barley planting industry, and Manas county grape wine industry of Changji hui autonomous prefecture in Xinjiang. It was found that Changji prefecture takes the multi-functionality of characteristic planting industry, the integration of craft folk culture and leisure tourism as the agricultural tourism industry mode, the planning and layout, public service support, industrial policy support and market-oriented operation as the driving power, the industrial integration has been overall promoted from the demonstration zone. However, like most of the domestic agriculture, culture and tourism integration industries,Changji prefecture faces the common development problems such as the low level of agriculture, culture and tourism integration, the lack of integration of most characteristic industries and the shortage of high-end talents.Based on this,in the future the development path of the agriculture, culture and tourism integration in China will be the integration of characteristic industrial resources, the cross-domain in-depth integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, and the introduction of composite talents.
