深度信念网络在农业信息领域中的应用研究

中国是农业大国,随着农业信息化和现代化的快速发展,农业信息领域更偏向于数据的挖掘和分析.深度信念网络是由多个受限玻尔兹曼机堆叠形成的深层神经网络模型,可以自动提取农业信息领域数据特征,具有操作简便、对计算机硬件要求较低的优点,在农业信息领域数据分析方面得到广泛应用,尤其是在农作物疾病和杂草识别检测、农作物产量预测、土壤性质预测和降水预报以及畜牧生产和管理等领域的应用表现出色,为农业信息领域数据处理和分析提供了新方向.在阐述深度信念网络在农业信息领域发展概况的基础上,介绍了深度信念网络的重要应用,分析了深度信念网络在农业信息领域的优势和缺陷,最后对深度信念网络在农业信息领域的应用前景了进行展望.
Application Review of Deep Belief Networks in the Field of Agriculture Information
China is a great agricultural country,with the rapid development of agricultural informatization and modernization,the field of agricultural information is more inclined to data mining and analysis.Deep Belief Network(DBN)is a deep neural network model formed by stacking multiple Restricted Boltzmann Machines(RBM).It can automatically extract data features in the agricultural information field,and has the advantages of simple operation and low requirements for computer hardware.It has been widely used in data analysis in the agricultural information field,especially performed well in disease and weed detection,crop yield prediction,soil properties and weather prediction,livestock production and management,providing a new direction for data processing and analysis in the field of agricultural information.On the basis of expounding the development of DBN in the field of agricultural information,this paper introduced the important applications of DBN,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of DBN in the field of agricultural information,and finally forecasted the application prospects of DBN in the field of agricultural information.
