Practice and Experience of EU Agricultural Products Supply Chain Governance under Emergencies
In recent years,frequent incidents such as natural disasters,COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict have impacted the global agricultural supply chain system,affecting the stable and safe supply of grain and important agricultural products.China's agriculture is at a key stage of high-quality development,strengthening the construction of supply chain resilience,and improving the ability of chain risk control has become a top priority.It is necessary to sum up the practical experience of advanced supply chain governance in agricultural developed countries and regions for reference.This paper took the EU agricultural products supply chain as the research object,analyzed the risks and challenges faced by the EU agricultural products supply chain under emergencies,summarized the practical experience of the EU in the management of agricultural product supply chain,and in view of the EU experience and aiming at China's national conditions,got the relevant enlightenment to improve China's agricultural products supply chain,including:strengthening the awareness of diversified development of agricultural inputs,improving the marketing and service capabilities of the end of the supply chain,enhancing the resilience of the"inner cycle"of the agricultural supply chain,and improving the construction of the"outer cycle"of the agricultural supply chain,in order to promote the high-quality development of China's agriculture.
