Types,Causes and Suggestions of the Failure of Capital Operation in Rural Areas
Capital to the countryside is an important way of rural industry revitalization,is also an inevitable requirement of modern agricultural development,and is an important force to develop rural revitalization.Through in-depth investigation of exposed problems exist in capital to the countryside in H province J city,this paper summarized four types of capital management failures in the countryside.The four types include:the"non-food,non-agricultural"management type,the crossover capital in agricultural management type,the capital managed village type and the highly leveraged agricultural management type.On this basis,it was contended that the main reasons for the failure of capital going to the countryside lie in the disclosed interests in agricultural business,poor management,low scientific and technological level,insufficient market investigation and increased leverage operation.Finally,in order to promote capital to the countryside and facilitate the capital to better serve the rural revitalization,some suggestions were put forward from strengthening government guidance,establishing a management system,strengthening supervision,strengthening operational management,and strictly controlling risky expansions.
