The close interest connection between the new agricultural management subjects represented by family farms,professional cooperatives,leading enterprises and farmers can effectively improve the degree of farmers'organization and promote the development of agricultural modernization.Through investigation and interview,this paper summarized the modes and mechanisms of interest connection between agricultural operation organizations represented by agricultural cooperatives and agricultural associations and farmers in the United States and Japan,and analyzed the connotation,characteristics,types and typical models of interest connection between agricultural operation subjects such as cooperatives and family farms and farmers.Based on this,innovating the mechanism of interest connection between new agricultural operating entities and farmers,the competent departments at all levels should strengthen the policy support to the new agricultural operation subjects,perfect the rural socialized service system and innovate the way of interest connection,so as to promote the efficiency and income and sustainable development of new agricultural management subjects and farmers.
