"千万工程"视角下内蒙古农村牧区人居环境整治分析

近年来,随着社会经济的发展,农牧民生活水平不断提高,对改善人居环境的要求越来越高。"千万工程"探索出了一条整治农村牧区人居环境、推进乡村全面振兴、建设美丽中国的科学路径。对标"千万工程"经验成果,内蒙古自治区农牧民人居环境整治还存在基础设施不完善、建设资金和管护资金缺口较大等系列问题。学习运用"千万工程"的发展理念,对推动内蒙古自治区农村牧区人居环境具有重要指导作用。基于此,以农村牧区基本具备现代生活条件为目标,运用"千万工程"发展理念解决问题,因地制宜、实事求是地拿出相关举措和对策,能够有力推动全区农牧民人居环境的改善,有效提升农牧民人居环境的舒适度,实现"千万工程"乡村建设"压舱石"的作用。
Analysis of Human Settlement Environment Improvement in Rural Pastoral Areas in Inner Mongolia from the Perspective of Green Rural Revival Program
In recent years,with the development of social economy,the living standards of farmers and herdsmen have been improved continuously,and the demand for improving human settlement environment has been higher and higher.The Green Rural Revival Program has explored a scientific path to improve the living environment in rural pastoral areas,promote comprehensive rural revitalization,and build a beautiful China.In comparison to the successful outcomes of the Green Rural Revival Program,the living conditions improvement of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region faces a number of challenges,including underdeveloped infrastructure and significant shortfalls in both construction and maintenance funds.Embracing and implementing the Green Rural Revival Program development philosophy plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living conditions in the rural and pastoral regions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Based on this,the development concept of the Green Rural Revival Program is strategically applied to address challenges and propose tailored measures in rural pastoral areas,aiming to enhance living conditions for farmers and herdsmen,which can initiative effectively improve the overall living environment,increase the comfort levels for farmers and herdsmen and serving as a foundational element for rural development.
