Development Strategy of Blueberry Park in Facilities—Taking Three Parks in Mengzi City,Yunnan Province as an Example
Carring out the guiding principles from General Secretary Xi Jinping's major speech and the decisions and arrangements of CPC Central Committee and the State Council,accelerating the development of modern facility agriculture is a must to implement the opportunities and policy guidance of the development of agricultural park.Taking the facility blueberry park in Mengzi city,Yunnan province as an example,this paper explored and practiced multiple interest linkage and operation management models of"grassroots Party organizations+farmers+leading enterprises+state-owned companies",the typical development models include the"bottom-up income increase"model of Honghe Jiayu,the"incubation family farm"model of Yun kechuang,and the"cooperative planting"model of Qiruijie Farm;summarized the main problems in the development of the park:weak production foundation,blind product production,lack of professional and technical talents,and insufficient operation and management.Based on this,we can solve the existing development problems of the park by increasing policy support,strengthening the connection between production and sales,emphasizing talent cultivation,and improving the operation and management capabilities of the park.It can be expected that with the improvement and innovation of infrastructure construction,talent cultivation,and management systems in agricultural parks,agricultural parks will become an important carrier for the development of agriculture and rural areas in the future,and supporting the rapid and high-quality development of modern agriculture.
