北京市农业生态环境质量定量评价平台关键创新技术与应用成效

围绕北京市农业生态提出的"净化水源、清洁空气、改良土壤"三大主线,按照农业生态环境监测、评价、治理、再评价的闭环链条,开发了北京市农业生态环境质量定量评价平台.平台整体架构核心内容由下至上分为 5 层,分别是数据监测技术设备、接口、数据资源、应用平台和用户.从农业生态环境监测传感设备和符合北京市农业生态环境的质量定量评价指标及其与之对应的标准和模型两方面介绍了平台关键创新技术,并利用JAVA编程语言实现了监测设备和评价指标的网络在线联动.平台取得了较好的应用成效,累计应用项目研制的传感器和监测系统240套、农田环境(重金属)长期固定监测点155个、畜禽养殖场环境长期固定监测点 30 个、渔业养殖水质长期固定监测点31 个,社会效益明显.最后,对未来的重点研究方向进行了讨论和展望.
Key Innovative Technologies and Application Results of Beijing Agro-ecological Environment Quality Quantitative Evaluation Platform
Based on the three main themes of"purifying water sources,cleaning air,and improving soil"proposed by Beijing's agricultural ecology,and following the closed-loop chain of agricultural ecological environment monitoring,evaluation,governance,and reevaluation,a Beijing agricultural ecological environment quality quantitative evaluation platform was developed.The core content of the platform's overall architecture is divided into five layers from bottom to top,including data monitoring technology equipment,interfaces,data resources,application platforms,and users.This paper introduced the key innovative technologies of the platform from two aspects:agricultural ecological environment monitoring sensing equipment,quantitative quality evaluation indicators that meet the agricultural ecological environment of the capital,and corresponding standards and models.The online linkage of monitoring equipment and evaluation indicators has been achieved using JAVA programming language.The platform has achieved good application results,with a total of 240 sets of sensors and monitoring systems developed in application projects,155 long-term fixed monitoring points for agricultural environment(heavy metals),30 long-term fixed monitoring points for livestock and poultry farm environment,and 31 long-term fixed monitoring points for fishery and aquaculture water quality,and the social benefits are significant.Finally,the future research directions were discussed and forecasted.
