Current Situation and Suggestions for the Development of Agricultural Service Trade in China
Agricultural service trade is a key growth point for promoting China's agricultural supply side structural reform,unblocking domestic and foreign agricultural service markets,improving China's agricultural service level,and cultivating new international competitive advantages.At present,the development form of agricultural service trade in China is mainly products trade,and the development of deep level service trade is still in the initial stage of exploration.With the gradual implementation of China's service trade policies,agricultural service trade organizations have steadily developed,and the total trade volume has been increasing year by year,with trade formats constantly expanding in depth.However,the development still exposes issues such as short agricultural service chains,single trade structures,lagging technological product services,lack of high-quality enterprises,incomplete supporting systems,lack of standardized service management,complex and ever-changing international environment,and differences in bilateral and multilateral standards and norms.In order to seize the new opportunities for the development of agricultural service trade and seize the important strategic window period,it was recommended to further improve the national policy layout and innovation driven development strategy,create advantages in the agricultural industry,shape a global discourse system,accelerate enterprise transformation and upgrading,fill the gaps in industrial development,build dialogue and cooperation platforms,and promote information interconnection and sharing,in order to promote the high-quality development of China's agricultural service trade.
