Guide the Development of High-quality Agriculture with the Theory of New Quality Productive Forces
High-quality development is the theme of China's economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and even longer period,and is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.New quality productive forces refer to a fresh paradigm of production forces,which is a modernized production forces that produced by technological revolutionary breakthrough,innovative allocation of production factors and deep industrial transformation.The development of new quality productive forces is the internal requirement and important focus of promoting high-quality development.On the basis of learning and grasping the scientific connotation of the theory of new qualitative productive forces,it was pointed out that the agricultural paradigm of new quality productive forces should be scientifically recognized from the following aspects:attaching importance to technological revolutionary breakthrough and long-term periodicity of agricultural technology,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and inheritance of traditional agricultural values,innovative allocation of factors and preferential development of agricultural and rural areas,taking the whole strength into the forefront of the world and low conversion rate of agricultural science and technology,and anchoring three key areas for developing the agricultural paradigm of new quality productive forces.It was put forward that guiding the development of high-quality agriculture with the theory of new quality productive forces theory should focus on new technology supply,new capital supply and new labor supply,that is,strengthening the national agricultural innovation system,innovating the allocation of agricultural science and technology resources,and cultivating high-quality farmers and enterprises.
