新时期农业园区运营管理模式研究及展望——基于PEST分析框架

新时期农业发展已经开始由注重产量到追求产量与品质并重的发展模式转变,农业生产类别越来越丰富、现代化转型步伐逐渐加快,农业园区的运营管理也愈加复杂化和多元化,其水平已经成为园区竞争力的重要影响因素.目前,国内外对农业园区运营管理体系化的研究相对较少,有些学者从经济学角度分析区位对农业园区的影响,也有些学者从管理学角度阐明运营战略对农业园区的重要性.基于此,为助力农业园区健康发展、农业农村可持续发展以及乡村振兴,本研究对农业园区运营管理进行体系化分析,总结园区运营管理的主要模式,剖析运营管理过程中存在的主要问题,在PEST分析框架下提出运营管理优化路径,并对农业园区运营管理方向进行预判.
Research and Prospect on the Operation and Management Model of Agricultural Parks in the New Era—Based on the PEST Analysis Framework
In the new era,agricultural development has begun to shift from focusing on yield to pursuing a development model that emphasizes both yield and quality.The types of agricultural production are becoming increasingly diverse,and the pace of modernization transformation is gradually accelerating.The operation and management of agricultural parks are also becoming more complex and diversified,and their level has become an important factor affecting the competitiveness of parks.At present,there is relatively little research on the systematization of agricultural park operation and management by domestic and foreign scholars.Some scholars analyzed the impact of location on agricultural parks from an economic perspective,while others clarified the importance of operational strategies for agricultural parks from a management perspective.Based on this,a systematic study was conducted on the operation and management of agricultural parks,summarizing the main modes of operation and management,analyzing the main problems in the operation and management process,proposing optimization paths for operation and management under the PEST analysis framework,and predicting the direction of agricultural park operation and management.This is of great significance for the healthy development of agricultural parks,sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas,and rural revitalization.
