Logical Connection,Practical Process,and Development Path between the High-quality Development of the New Rural Collective Economy and Rural Common Prosperity
The high-quality development of the new rural collective economy is an important force and core carrier to promote the common prosperity of rural areas.Based on the three-dimensional collaborative analysis framework of promising government,effective market and capable village collective,this paper explored the development mechanism of the new rural economy in Yangdong district,Guangzhou city deeply by analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the new rural collective economy and its internal relationship with the common prosperity of the countryside.It was found that government high-level coordination,effective market allocation and village collective integration of resources can add sustainable development momentum to the common prosperity of rural areas.Therefore,we should improve the collective economic working mechanism by strengthening the guidance of the Party and government;strengthen the support for human resources and stimulate the internal driving force of collective economic development;revitalize superior resources and bring into play the effectiveness of existing village assets;develop the green economy and innovate the elements supporting the development of the collective economy;innovative development of the"enclave economy",the realization of"village and village"development and other effective ways to continue to promote the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy,and ultimately achieve agricultural and rural modernization and common prosperity in the countryside.
