Influence of New Agricultural Management Entities on the Economic Effect of Agricultural Industrialization in Changji Prefecture
In order to narrow the differences in the development of agricultural industrialization in southern and northern Xinjiang and improve the development level of agricultural industrialization in Xinjiang,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of farmers'cooperatives on the economic effects of agricultural industrialization.This paper took Qitai county,Changji Prefecture,Xinjiang as an example,based on the statistical yearbook and field survey data,the grey correlation degree,analytic hierarchy process and improved weighted rank sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method were used to analyze the impact of farmer cooperatives on the economic effects of local agricultural industrialization.The results showed that:(1)Irrigation water productivity,labor productivity,the number of industrial chain links and land productivity have an important impact on the economic effects of agricultural industrialization,and the weights are 0.174 0,0.164 9,0.1136 and 0.091 6 respectively.(2)Farmers'cooperatives can improve the utilization rate of water resources,making the drip irrigation water utilization rate of more than 90%,saving labor costs by 20%,reducing fertilizer input costs by 10%.(3)The economic effect evaluation system of agricultural industrialization proposed in this study can objectively evaluate the economic effect level of new agricultural business entities.The evaluation results showed that compared with large professional households and family farms,farmers'cooperatives play an important role in improving the economic effect of agricultural industrialization.Therefore,in order to improve the overall level of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang,strengthen the construction of farmers'cooperatives,promote and improve the management system of farmers'cooperatives,it is of great significance to improve the economic effect of agricultural industrialization in Xinjiang.
