中国花生产业现状及展望

花生是中国重要的油料和经济作物,同时也是人类生活中必不可少的油脂和蛋白质的重要来源,在国民经济发展和对外贸易中具有重要地位,在保障中国食用油安全和供给方面具有重要作用。中国花生种植面积常年稳定在466。67 万hm2 以上,综合加工利用价值高,与大豆相比,具有种植效益好、出油率和出粕率高、加工增值高等相对优势。然而,目前中国花生产业发展仍面临产业发展扶持政策缺乏、良种繁育及配套生产技术研究不足、机械化程度总体偏低、精深加工水平偏低、生产与销售脱节等问题。基于此,建议从加大政策扶持、加强品种选育、强化科技研发、优化种植模式、发展规模化标准化种植、延伸做强加工产业链等方面入手,破解花生产业发展瓶颈,扎实推进中国花生产业健康发展。
Current Situation and Prospects of Peanut Industry in China
Peanut is an important oil and cash crop in China,it is also an essential source of oil and protein in human life,and plays an important role in the development of the national economy and foreign trade.It is of great significance in ensuring the safety and supply of edible oil in China.The peanut planting area in China has remained stable at over 4.6667 million hectares throughout the year,with stable planting area and high comprehensive processing and utilization value.Compared with the soybean,peanut has the relative advantages of good planting efficiency,high oil yield and meal yield,and high processing value-added.However,at present,the development of peanut industry in China is still faced with the lack of support policies for industrial development,the lack of research on improved seed breeding and supporting production technology,the overall low degree of mechanization,the low level of deep processing,and the disconnection between production and sales.Based on this,suggestions were put forward from increasing policy support,strengthening variety selection and breeding,strengthening science and technology research and development,optimizing planting mode,developing large-scale and standardized planting,and extending the processing industry chain,in order to crack the bottleneck of peanut industry development and solidly promote the healthy development of peanut industry in China.
